Project Results

Results from experimental research by doctoral student Hyun Jong Park at the University of Florida Department of Chemical Engineering using the Silicon Wafer Furnace Tray device  manufactured by ARS. 

The images below are taken of the unique  formation of Indium Nitride ( InN ) crystals by a scanning electron microscope (SEM).   The crystal diameter is around 100 nm and the length is around 1 micron.
